Video: Go Ham On ‘Em, Soulja

Soulja Boy in a hotel room.
I do not know what “Go Ham On ‘Em” means. If anyone can shed some light on this linguistic mystery, I would appreciate it. Meanwhile, I’ll try to hunt it down myself.

In an interview with Yung Joc and Gorilla Zoe, it is explained–
“Zoe: A perfect woman for me would be…I want to explain something to you. (In that oxford voice again) “Being as that I’m from the fraternity Lam de Lam de Lam, we are always looking for sacrificial lambs. We take them to Bethlehem then we take them to Birmingham. See Birmingham and Bethlehem is where they go ham, ham is mayhem.” Mayhem means like go crazy. So the sacrificial lambs come to sacrifice themselves. They learn how to go ham by reading the Ham Book. And that’s what we call our hamburgers, our hamburger helpers.”

By the way, your blog is EBOLA! hahahahaha
(anyone get this? )
So to go ham on someone is, in effect, to bring the mayhem, to go crazy.
I think this may only be part of the explanation (because there’s some stuff in that interview I’m still struggling to make sense of), but I love it! THANKS!
Ebola = the bomb (mad tv?). Or I suppose it could mean killer, since the Ebola virus has an extremely high mortality rate.
Good times.
Yeah, Mad Tv… That sketch still cracks me up!
[...] *go ham on ‘em: To bring the mayhem. [...]
It stands for hard as a motherf*cker
