1. I am 51 and have been a Journey fan for years. I love the voice of Steve Perry, he was fantastic with Journey. I know a lot of people hate it that he did not return to Journey but the band must move on. I heard of Arnel and checked him out a long time ago on u-tube. As soon as I heard him i said, “If Journey ever needs a new lead singer this is the man to get”. I saw the new Journey album in Walmart and thought it was just another greatest hits type album and passed it up. As soon as I heard that there was new material along with the old and that Arnel was the new lead singer, I had to get it. This album is fantastic! He does a great job on the old hits and he is great on the new material. A true Journey fan will not be disappointed. Give the man his due, he is a fantastic singer and performer.

   Glad to hear you enjoy Journey. Have you heard the new album? Both my kids were here today and I played the DVD of Journey in concert for them. They were both awestruck at the talent of Arnel. My son who is 30 said that it sounded like they took Steve Perry’s voice and put it in this guys throat. I have heard that there is a lot of negatives going around about Arnel, but I just hope those people will open up their minds and enjoy this guys talent along with the new “Journey”. It’s refreshing to hear some great music now that’s differant than all the trash that has been coming out. Where have all the good bands gone?

4. My dad loves journey. Before, I have my own set of teeny-bopper music, but every time its his turn to use our old, beat-up radio, these are the songs that blare out, and I grew up listening to to journey songs. He’s the one who introduced me to the last steve perry- journey album: trial by fire. It became my most favorite journey album. But when I started appreciating other journey songs, I began collecting other journey albums.
   Revelation by far is the one of the best, compared to trial by fire album, I’d say, the Revelation one rocks much better! Thanks to journey! and Arnel for boosting my interest with journey music! Don’t mind the negative issues. Arnel, just sing and let others like me enjoy the music!
